How to Make Sales Every Single Day
Short answer: you make sales every day by building a system, not by posting more content. Get visible every day, send that visibility to a free training that generates leads, let new leads buy a $27 offer within minutes, then use an automated email sequence to nurture and sell your core offer. Start with the maths: a $100,000 year from a $1,000 offer is only two sales a week.
Does this sound familiar? You're posting every day. You've rewritten your messaging, changed your content pillars, created another new offer, and still, crickets. Or you go into launch after launch, put everything into it, make a handful of sales and come out the other end exhausted and back at zero.
I started my business in January 2020, pregnant and then with a newborn baby. I didn't have the hours to post all day, launch every month or sit on sales calls. So I had to build something that brought in sales whether I was working or not. Today my calendar is mostly empty and the sales still come in, on holiday, on days off, on the days when life is properly lifeing. That isn't luck. It's a system, and by the end of this post you'll know exactly how to build yours, step by step.
This is part of my ultimate guide to making sales every single day, which goes deeper into DM selling, follow up and quick cash for slow weeks.
Is it realistic to make sales every day?
Yes, but let's make it less scary first, because most people have never actually broken their goal down. Say your goal is $100,000 over the next 12 months and your core offer is $1,000:
- $100,000 divided by $1,000 is 100 sales in the year.
- That's around 8 to 9 sales a month (roughly $8,333 a month).
- Which is about 2 sales a week, or one sale every three to four days.
Not hundreds of people. Not a viral post. One sale every three to four days. Add a $27 offer into the mix and you can be making a sale of some kind every single day, then scale the system until you're selling a core offer a day.

Why you're not making sales every day (yet)
- You're relying on content and an algorithm. If content is your only way of being seen, your sales will always be as unpredictable as your reach.
- You keep creating new offers. New offer, big excitement, one or two sales, disappointment, repeat. You can grow to six and even seven figures with one core offer and one strategy.
- You're stuck in a launch cycle. Your income comes in spikes and sales stop when you stop. I explain this in why my old launch strategy stopped working.
- There's no "what happens next". Someone likes a post, maybe downloads something, and then nothing. No follow up, no way to buy.
The daily sales model: visibility, leads, conversations, sales
Every daily sale comes from four things working together. Visibility gets you known by more of the right people (reputation builds credibility, credibility builds trust, and trust equals sales). Leads turn viewers into people on your list. Conversations build the personal trust people need before they spend real money. And sales happen when you give people more than one way to buy: some buy from a webinar, some test the waters with a $27 offer first (that's me), some buy from an email, some need to see you live.

Put those four pieces together and you get the system I call the Freedom Funnel. Here's how to build it.
How to build a daily sales system, step by step
Step 1: Do your sales maths
Divide your 12 month goal by the price of your core offer. Divide that by 52. That's your weekly sales number. Then work out how many leads you need: at the industry average of around 3% of leads buying, every 10 sales needs about 333 leads. Write both numbers down.
Time: 10 minutes. Done when: you have a weekly sales number and a monthly leads number on a sticky note where you'll see it every day.
Step 2: Choose one core offer and one free training
Pick the one offer you want to sell every day. Then create one free training (ideally a 20 minute pre-recorded webinar) that talks to the end result your ideal client wants, not the problem. It must give an aha moment and one action step that gets them a quick win. If your free content gets them a result, they'll wonder what your paid content is like.
Time: 1 to 2 days to plan and record. Done when: your free training has a title that names the outcome, is recorded, and ends by inviting people into your core offer.
Step 3: Build the opt-in page and the thank you page offer
Build a simple opt-in page for the training (here's how to write an opt-in page that converts). Then, on the thank you page, offer a $27 product that solves one micro problem related to your core offer, with an $11 order bump at checkout. That turns $27 into $38, and it can cover your ad spend. Why bother? You convert someone within minutes of them finding you, and anyone who buys once is far more likely to buy again (around 10 times more likely, in my experience).
If two to three days of tech sounds like the thing you'll keep putting off, hand it over. The Funnel Builder inside Ascendia OS builds your opt-in page, thank you page and checkout with the order bump in your account, ready to go live.
Time: 2 to 3 days. Done when: you can opt in, see the $27 offer and buy it with the bump, end to end, on your phone.
Step 4: Write your nurture and sales emails
Whether they buy the $27 offer or not, every lead goes into a short nurture sequence (I use five emails) that builds trust with mini trainings, stories and results, then a sales sequence for your core offer. Anyone who still hasn't bought gets invited to your next live event. Full breakdown: the 5 email nurture sequence I use after every opt-in.
Time: 1 day. Done when: the emails are loaded, scheduled to send automatically, and you've tested them by opting in yourself.
Step 5: Turn on daily visibility
Now drive people to the training every day. My three favourites:
- Lead generation content: a post or reel inviting people to comment a keyword to get your free training, with an automation that sends it. The more people comment, the further it reaches.
- Other people's audiences: guest speaking at events, summits, memberships and on podcasts. Their audience trusts the host, so they trust you quickly. I call it trust by association.
- Ads from $5 a day: here's the $5 a day ads strategy, step by step.
Short on time for content? The Content Creator in Ascendia OS plans your month, writes the posts in your voice and schedules them straight to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more, so your 20 minutes go on conversations instead.
Time: 20 minutes a day. Done when: at least one visibility action has gone out every working day for two weeks.
Step 6: Start conversations every day
We're in a trust economy. The businesses selling consistently right now are having conversations, by email, in the DMs or on calls. I built my business on DM conversations because I didn't have time for sales calls with a newborn. Start them with an email asking "what's been your biggest takeaway?", a post inviting people to DM you a word, or an offer of a free audit.
Time: 15 minutes a day. Done when: every comment, reply and DM from the last 24 hours has had a personal response.
Step 7: Track your numbers every week
Once a week, check four numbers: opt-ins, opt-in page conversion, $27 offer sales and core offer sales. If one drops, you know exactly where to look. Guessing and hoping isn't a strategy, but a system you can measure is.
Time: 20 minutes a week. Done when: you've filled in the benchmark table below with your own numbers.
Worked example: a business coach selling a $997 programme
Example (illustrative numbers): a business coach wants $100,000 in the next year and sells a $997 group programme.
- Sales needed: $100,000 divided by $997 is about 100 programme sales, roughly 2 a week.
- Leads needed at 3%: 100 sales needs around 3,333 leads a year, about 64 a week.
- Visibility needed: if her opt-in page converts at 40%, 64 leads a week needs about 160 people landing on the page each week, roughly 23 a day.
- Thank you page sales: if 8 to 10% of those 3,333 leads buy the $27 offer, that's around 270 to 330 buyers, or $7,290 to $8,910. If 70% add the $11 bump, that's another $2,000 or so. That's ad budget covered.
- If she improves to 10% conversion (where my own launches sit, at 10 to 12%), she only needs 1,000 leads a year, about 20 a week.
Look at that last line. You don't always need more visibility. Often you need a better system for the people you already reach.

| Stage | What to measure | Aim for |
|---|---|---|
| Opt-in page | Visitors who sign up | 40% or more |
| Thank you page offer | Leads who buy the $27 offer | 8 to 10% |
| Order bump | Buyers who add the $11 bump | 70 to 80% |
| Emails | Open rate on funnel emails | 40 to 50% |
| Leads to sales | Leads who buy your core offer | 3% average, 10%+ with a strong system |
| Daily time | Visibility and conversations | About 20 minutes |
What to do every day once it's built
- One visibility action. Pitch a podcast, apply for a speaking spot, post in a group or check your ads are running.
- One piece of lead generation content that sends people to your free training.
- Reply to every conversation. Email replies, comments and DMs. This is where warm buyers raise their hand.
- Glance at your numbers. Opt-ins, $27 offer sales, core offer sales.
That's it. No content treadmill, no launching every month.
Common mistakes (and the fix)
- Building five funnels at once. Fix: one core offer, one free training, one funnel. Perfect it, then add the next.
- A free training about the problem. Fix: name the end result in the title. People sign up for outcomes.
- No offer on the thank you page. Fix: add a $27 offer and an $11 bump so new leads can become buyers within minutes.
- Sending everyone straight to a $2,000 offer. Fix: nurture first. New people need trust before they spend real money.
- Never checking the numbers. Fix: 20 minutes every week with the benchmark table. Fix the leakiest stage first. If you've got traffic but no sales, use this funnel audit.

Frequently asked questions
How many sales a day do I need to hit six figures?
Fewer than you think. With a $1,000 offer, $100,000 is 100 sales a year, which is about two a week or one every three to four days. A higher priced offer needs even fewer.
Can I make sales every day without posting every day?
Yes. Content is one part of visibility, but an automated funnel, emails, ads and other people's audiences can bring in leads and sales on days you don't post. The system does the selling, not the algorithm.
What is the best low priced offer to sell every day?
Something pre-recorded or pre-created that solves one micro problem related to your core offer, like a mini course or template, at around $27. It needs to be so valuable that someone who has only just found you wants it.
How long does it take to start making daily sales?
Most people can build the basic system in two to three weeks using the steps above. Then it depends on how quickly you drive traffic to it. Once people are flowing through, track and improve it every week.
Do I need ads to make sales every day?
No, but they make it faster and more passive. Many people start organically, prove the funnel converts, then add ads from $5 a day so people come in even when they're not working.
Do I need sales calls?
Not necessarily. Lower priced offers can sell straight from a sales page or email. For four and five figure offers, give people a way to talk to a human, like a DM conversation or a call, because higher prices need more trust. Here's how to sell without sales calls.
