How to Host an Offer Party
Short answer: an offer party is a one to three day event where you release several offers at different price points, each heavily discounted or packed with extra value, for a limited time only. It works like your own mini Black Friday at any time of year: it creates excitement, gets people watching your stories and group, and brings in cash quickly. Choose offers that are easy to deliver, mix low and high prices, decide where you'll host it, then share each offer across your group, stories and emails. Run one once or twice a year. Below is the full plan, with the posts and emails to copy.
Think about how people behave on Black Friday. They follow their favourite brands and business owners specifically to see what the deals will be. They check stories. They open emails. They buy things they've been thinking about for months, because the offer won't be there tomorrow.
An offer party gives you that same energy, in your own business, whenever you choose. It's one of my favourite ways to bring in a quick cash injection, and it doesn't need a funnel or a big launch.
This is part of my ultimate guide to making sales every single day, where an offer party is one of my favourite quick cash plays.
What is an offer party?
A short event, usually one, two or three days, where you put out a series of offers that are either heavily discounted or offer a lot of value for the price, and each one is only available during the party. It works because:
- It creates a buzz. People know you're selling, and they're excited to see what's coming next.
- It creates genuine scarcity. If they don't buy in the window, the offer and price are gone.
- It gets people watching your group, stories and emails while they wait for the next offer.
- It brings in cash fast. Several offers, short window, lots of energy.

The 6 Figure Game Plan
An offer party is a brilliant quick win. If you want the bigger plan, join my free 5 day event and map your strategy to 6 figures, then get the plan, content and pages created for you.
How to host an offer party, step by step
Step 1: Decide where to host it
Your content goes wherever you host the party, so decide this first: your Facebook group, an event page (in your group, on your business page or your personal profile) where people click "going", your stories, your emails, or all four. I usually host mine in my Facebook group with an event page. For each offer, we create a post that goes in the group, on the event page and in stories. Then once a day, we send an email with all the offers and why people need to grab them now.
Time: 15 minutes. Done when: you've chosen your home base and created the event page.
Step 2: List everything you've already made
The golden rule: make it easy for you. An offer party is not the time to create loads of new content. List every recording, course, template and workshop you already have.
Time: 20 minutes. Done when: a full list of existing assets you could bundle or discount.
Step 3: Choose four to six offers
Ideas I've used:
- A masterclass bundle: a year's worth of past masterclass recordings for one low price. Ours usually sell for at least $47 each, some up to $297, so the bundle is worth around $2,000 and goes for $111.
- A masterclass pass: every paid masterclass you run in the next 12 months for $111. I love this one: those buyers turn up to every masterclass, and each one ends with an offer for the next thing. More touch points, more chances to upsell.
- A 20 minute one to one call at a special price (we've done $111 to $150), which can lead naturally into a bigger offer.
- Three days of voice note support (we've done $444): they ask questions and get feedback. Give an amazing experience, then invite them to the next step.
- An all access offer: everything in the party at one discounted price.
- A higher ticket offer: for example, a year's access to all your courses and programmes at a big saving.
Mix low and high price points. The lower priced offers tend to sell best and bring lots of people in, but include at least one higher priced option. If one person buys a $5,000 offer, that's $5,000 you wouldn't otherwise have had.
Time: 30 minutes. Done when: four to six offers, at least one under $150 and one high ticket.
Step 4: Make the discount or value real
What makes an offer party work is that the deals are genuinely good. Choose offers where the discount is big but doesn't cost you lots of extra time, like recordings and bundles. You can also add limited spots ("only the first three people get this price"), as long as it's true.
Time: 15 minutes. Done when: every offer shows the normal value next to the party price.
Step 5: Plan your schedule
For a two or three day party, release one or two offers a day, or open with a few and add a surprise on day two.
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| 5 to 7 days before | Announce the party, share the event page, ask people to click 'going' |
| Day before | Teaser stories: 'Tomorrow's first offer is one you've been asking for' |
| Day 1 | Release offers 1 and 2: group post, event page, stories, one round-up email |
| Day 2 | Release offers 3 and 4 plus a surprise: same channels, round-up email |
| Day 3 | Final offers and last call email: 'everything disappears at midnight' |
| Day after | Personal follow ups to everyone who showed interest |
Time: 30 minutes to plan. Done when: every post and email has a day and time in your calendar.
Step 6: Write your posts and emails
Use the templates below. One post per offer, one email per day.
Time: 2 hours. Done when: all posts and emails are written and scheduled. Want this done faster? The Content Creator inside Ascendia OS writes your party posts in your voice and schedules them, and the Email Marketer writes the daily round-up emails.
Step 7: Follow up and upsell
Everyone who buys has now bought from you, and someone who's bought once is far more likely to buy again. Give them an amazing experience and use it as a stepping stone to your next offer. Then message the people who showed interest but didn't buy. The fortune really is in the follow up.
Time: 1 hour the day after. Done when: every buyer has a welcome message and every 'interested' person has a personal follow up.

Worked example: a two day offer party
Example (illustrative numbers): a coach with an engaged Facebook group and an email list of 1,500 runs a two day party with four offers.
| Offer | Price | Sales | Revenue |
|---|---|---|---|
| Masterclass bundle (worth around $2,000) | $111 | 20 | $2,220 |
| Masterclass pass for the next 12 months | $111 | 12 | $1,332 |
| 20 minute one to one call | $150 | 6 | $900 |
| A year's access to all courses (normally $10,000) | $5,000 | 1 | $5,000 |
| Total | 39 buyers | $9,452 |
Nothing new was created. And 12 of those buyers will now turn up to every masterclass she runs for a year, each one ending with an offer for her next programme.
Benchmarks
| What | Aim for |
|---|---|
| Length | 1 to 3 days |
| Number of offers | Around four to six |
| Price mix | Mostly low, at least one high ticket |
| Emails | One round-up email a day, plus a last call |
| How often | Once or twice a year outside Black Friday |
Common mistakes (and the fix)
- Creating new products for it. Fix: bundle, discount or pre-sell what you already have.
- Weak deals. Fix: the discount or value must be genuinely exciting.
- Only low priced offers. Fix: add at least one high ticket option.
- Running one every month. Fix: once or twice a year, or people wait for the deals.
- Fake scarcity. Fix: real deadlines and real limited spots. More on ethical urgency and scarcity.
- No follow up. Fix: welcome every buyer and message every "interested".
Your action plan
- Day 1: Choose where you'll host it and list everything you've already made.
- Day 2: Pick four to six offers, with real discounts and one high ticket option.
- Day 3: Write your posts and emails using the templates.
- Day 4: Announce the party and open the event page.
- Day 5 to 9: Share reminders and teasers.
- Party days: Release offers on schedule, send one round-up email a day, reply to every comment and DM.
- Day after: Follow up personally and write down which offer sold best.

What should I sell in an offer party?
Offers that are easy to deliver: bundles of past recordings, a pass to future masterclasses, short calls, a few days of support, or an all access deal. Mix low priced offers with at least one higher priced option.
Where should I host an offer party?
Wherever your audience is most engaged: your Facebook group, an event page, your stories and your email list. Using several together works best.
How long should an offer party last?
One to three days. Long enough for people to see the offers, short enough to create genuine urgency.
How often can I run an offer party?
Once or twice a year outside of Black Friday. More often than that and people start waiting for the deals instead of buying at full price.
